Downtown closed early (probably because of low patronage) ... arrived 15 min before closing time to find doors locked, lights on. Called and saw a gentleman through the window smoking a cigar as he talked to me on the phone. I was attempting to buy gifts for a client. He cost Island Girl over $500 in revenue by closing early
