If I could rate this 0 to negative stars I would! I simply ordered an IP Zoom phone (Yealink MP54) in mid-January 2023 and it still is not working. Besides sending/charging me for 2 phones, their Customer Service and Technical Support are abysmal. They're happy to send emails and articles - but refuse to provide direct support. Plus, they're being a "gate keeper" to Yealink's support - requiring I take videos of the error messages I'm receiving with no personal support after sending. (I'm a 38-year telecom guy from AT&T and Lucent).
