We've been buying fertilizer from IL for years. Never had a problem. Today we tried to buy from them at 11:30. Seven people are sitting there having their lunch and not one person is available to ring up a transaction. The guy says "can you come back later, everyone is out to lunch". What the hell kind of business can you run when you have no one available to help a customer? Instant Landscaping you not only lost a customer but I will definitely spread the word
