We used them in summer 2020 for a tree trimming and had a rough time. They did not come when they said they would multiple times and never called to tell us they wouldn’t be there. Whenever I called, I would just get told to leave a message for the boss, but never heard anything back. Finally some people came out who weren’t even officially with them (presumably contracted out). Those people did a fine enough job, but then the company sent us two invoices for the same job, sending us late notifications even after we had paid and, again, when we called, just told us to leave messages for the boss, but never got a response. We thought we would give them a second chance now in summer 2022, but they failed to show up or contact us again for a scheduled appointment. They have no respect for your time. You shouldn’t even bother unless you want a major headache and a ton of your time wasted.
