We are really sorry to hear this was your experience. Im really sad to give this business a poor review because I was really excited to try it out but unfortunately I have not had a positive experience so far. I try to shop small as much as possible and I understand that its a crazy time of the year for retailers and shipping and Jupmode only has so much control over shipping issues. However, they do have control over their customer service and while it was fast it also wasnt very helpful or polite. I was ok with the gifts I ordered not being here in time for Christmas despite me ordering them at the beginning of December but I reached out to see if there was anything I could do to get a delivery estimate or more information and was met with a very short message that felt a little condescending and told me that its not their situation to deal with. Just a very frustrating experience over all.

I ordered a size small and it fits like a large, way off on sizing and they wont return or exchange anything. Absolutely ridiculous sizing, do not shop here!

Jupmode was an excellent company to use for a last minute fundraiser! They were very responsive and met our short deadline a day early. When the shirt we asked for was not available, they upgraded our shirts at no extra charge. Very impressed.

I worked with the Jupmode team to make a custom shirt for a Summer challenge event. They were great every step of the way! Helping me with taking my mock up/design and refining it into a professional look. Their customer service was great throughout, even addressing follow up items after the shirts were completed! The shirts look awesome! We'll definitely use them again!

Local shirts are nice but the quality is not. Shirts unravel in one wash with cold. Too bad.
