Had spot 100 for supreme drop and everything was sold out by first come first serve, whats the point of a reservation if its not gonna be applied. Workers also gave me nothing but attitude, never knew a simple question of do you work here was triggering. Very disappointed

We were waiting for the supreme over 3hours in morning and over 2 hours in the afternoon. When we was waiting for the supreme drop, one of the customers cut the line in front of us. The staff told us he would talk to them but he just let them in. Also, the way that the staff treated me was terrible. The staff just did not let me go inside when I tried to go back for the supreme drop. I told him that I did not went to the supreme and I only went to different stores but he just wouldnt let me in and just ignored me and treated me as a liar.

Everyone has their own favorite floor and for good reason: there's great stuff and variety to be had here. I've always found staff to reciprocate kindness here, so be friendly and get friendly.

I was looking for some specific item, when we find it and nobody was there to help us, something that surprise me because I visited other DSM in London and Japan and the experience is very different. Then waiting like 25 min finding someone to help me, thankfully we find a guy who works there, he treat us well and was very helpful. But overall please get more attention on your customer service.
