For me, its not the mistake but how you rectify - in this case it was abysmal. Wouldn't recommend and won't be returning.

Had balayage done, stylist (Francesca) was fantastic and achieved beautiful results with my hair whilst ensuring she took great care not to over process - with hair health being top priority. Amazing colourist / stylist - very happy customer! Highly Recommend

Fantastic experience today at this Salon, very cool vibe, friendly staff that are very knowledgeable and take their time to listen and make you feel comfortable, George did an amazing job of my daughters colour and the staff couldn't do enough to help, would highly recommend.
