Customer service was horrible, would hardly respond back to emails. They never reached out to me to tell me my order was done, I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. The logos on some of my t shirts were off and they would not reprint them for me or give me discount for the mistake created on their end.

This is one of the best screen printing businesses in MA. I have ordered thousands of T-Shirts and bags from Royal Screen Printing in the past 6 months for an Ivy League University in Cambridge, and this company has produced quality products every time. The customer service is amazing too. The choice of products can be overwhelming, but the owner is patient during every order, is sure to understand what it is that I'm looking for, and makes great recommendations. Because of this, the employees at my University love when new products arrive, and our orders have been some of the best promotional materials. I also appreciate that the prices are very fair for such high quality work! I have recommended Royal Screen Printing to all of my colleagues and friends, because I know that I can consistently depend on great products and great customer service!
