I am a first-time bride and I went there recently to look at (not try on) wedding gowns. When I walked through the door, a woman told me that I would be "registered" shortly and to have a seat. When the ONLY consultant out asked why my mother and I were there and I told her to look, she looked me up and down and said, "We are appointment only. I don't know if we will have anything in your size or price range. Please take my card and call to set up a proper appointment." I was slightly offended by her saying that I couldn't afford being in there, while I was carrying a Louis Vuitton. I would NOT go back there for any reason... If you can't cater to brides of all sizes and shapes.. and especially budgets, you shouldn't be in business.
