This was the first and absolutely, very last time my business will be considered with this business. It is is shameful and and an embarrassment to the black community. The owner failed to produce an order that he insisted be paid in full. Gave false times and dates for order completion on 4 separate occasions and completely cancelled my order once, emailed him about my dissatisfaction with his attitude, actions, attributes of customer service. The owner was very voiceurous about feeling irritated by my inquires about his given order pick-up dates and replied that since, my event was still 6 weeks out. I should not be bugging him about my order. In addition, the owner highlighted what he offered to do extra on my order which he failed to do and gave me the run-around and the feeling that he did not appreciate my business! The service from Fine-Print is a waste of quality time, money, and collaboration and deserves a Big Black Boy Cott!

Fine Print does high quality work that beats most of what you will find in today's retail. They have been able to produce anything I requested and also have great sales from time to time. Many brands have become successful off of Fine Prints services. Thank you!
