I regret not purchasing at a local owned store where customer service is better. This store expected me to bring my own people to load my appliance and didnt tell me until I showed up. I had to load it myself. Very disappointed in their customer service.
Had a bad shopping experience about a year ago, from the moment I walked through the door one of the store managers treated me like I couldn't afford what I was buying. She really had the audacity to ask me if I had a credit limit before she swiped my card.... I told her "You can run that debit" lol Anyways I paid for a brand new Craftsman lawnmower among other things that failed me 2 months in so I went to get it replaced and here it is a year later and nothing. Get this when I took the mower in to get looked at they said it was a bent shafts and my 2 year warranty is no good, but there is nothing wrong with the blades and it spins just fine but the call center can't help me either so I have a 300$ paperweight. So for spending all my money at Sears last year I have a pain in the butt years time to get my lawnmower and microwave replaced... Wish me luck everyone!!!! I only have the world against me....

Fair they didn't have a way to look my lawn mower belt up had to do it on my phone in my truck didn't make sense to me.
