Oh boy...I once went to their website and there was a picture of a Nazi uniform. It took two weeks for them to address the issue...enough said there

I love this place so far, simply because there are more than one player now in the uniform business for my place of employment. The staff is very helpful and incredibly friendly. The alterations are fast and accurate. My only reason for 4 vs 5 is there is no retail space. Just a desk and you tell what you want and they go get it in back. I'm not accustomed to that and it may keep people from buying additional items. But, they save on real estate costs, I'm sure.
