I am sorry Stevie, for failing to meet your expectations. Thank you for bringing our shortcomings to our attention. I apologize for the emails referencing the wrong address, it was a technology issue that we are correcting. The past couple of months has been very difficult for everyone because of Covid-19 and the work-related shutdowns. We have not been immune. While we have been blessed to not have been physically affected by the virus, we have been affected greatly in other ways. Many of our employees have been tasked with trying to work from home, while at the same time tackle the duties of schooling their children at home. It has been overwhelming to say the least. I am sure you can probably relate. I am very proud of the way our team at American Home Buyer has responded. Their attitude has been amazing, as well as their diligence and conscientiousness toward serving our clients. Stevie, we are saddened that we did not get the opportunity to prove our worth to you. The purpose of your initial call with Rodolfo was to gather basic information and then schedule, either an in person or phone appointment with one of our Home Buying specialists. After the phone appointment was scheduled, you wrote your review and then cancelled the phone appointment. Perhaps you could allow us a few minutes to understand why so we will not make those same mistakes again.

Highly unprofessional. We saw their commercial on tv and thought maybe they were professional and an honest company to look into while we are in the process of selling our home. Boy were we wrong. In the little interaction with this company there were several red flags. First it started with 3 different emails from Arlene that she got information about wanting to sell our home and proceeded to include the wrong address each time. The address was actually to my job which I NEVER included where or what my job was. Second interaction was with the receptionist when I called to speak with Rodolfo whom shot me a text about selling my home. The receptionist answered laughing (mustve interrupted the good time) she then transferred me to Rodolfo who answered his phone with a whats up. When I told him who I was he apologized saying he thought it was his co-worker calling him. Last but not least after telling him our situation and that we werent ready to schedule someone to come out yet as my son is high risk, we wanted to just get a generalized idea of numbers and he told me he couldnt do that and I had to schedule a virtual appointment with Bryce. Well we already know we couldve gotten a guesstimated idea based off the information we provided because we had gotten it from a realtor and another investor. Totally disappointed in the company. We are trying to find the best path to take during our selling process and this whole experience felt like a waste of time.

Great company. Very professional, quick and efficient. We were retiring and wanted to move to a new home without doing updates and repairs to our 30 plus year old house. They gave us a fair price and was able to close the deal within weeks.
The guys were plenty nice but they will definitely low ball you. Not worth your time unless you HAVE to get out of your mortgage and are willing to make zero profit.
