I hated it doesnt even begin to tell the story. Literally almost 20 days before I got the first prof on a screen-print order. The proof they know the prince was entirely too small for the shirt. I dont know why the art department wouldnt just use common sense and make it look appropriate. But the fact that it took 20 days, and arguing before I got my first print. Countless emails. I am up to 23 days since I ordered, and I have not gotten my second proof when I was promised that it would go out in the mail this week. Shyler had CCed me in on emails with her boss Molly, in hopes that she could resolve the situation. She has not even stepped in on any of the emails yet. I wish I had more time to waste on how bad this review is but I dont

I love that Merchology offers so much user control over the look and content of the MerchStores. Unfortunately some of the features just don't work. I have spent the past three days trying to assign the correct logo to items in my store, and the changes won't save. Customer support doesn't seem to know anything about how to fix it and doesn't offer any workarounds.

I placed an order for 40 embroidered backpacks with them, with a really tight turnaround. They delivered the backpacks even sooner than anticipated and the embroidery looks great. They were easy to work with and responsive to my questions.

I have given this experience a 2 star only because I still do not have the product. My product was suppose to be shipped 33 days ago and still do not even have an updated ship date. When I email they say that they are still waiting on an official ship date from their Reno, NV fulfillment center. My simple 22 piece order was placed 46 days ago. If the product is not to par quality I will be downgrading this review to a 1-star. I hate to be negative, but I thoroughly read reviews before making any purchase and no one addressed this issue. Cheers!
