Dear Ms. Bowers, We are sorry that you feel that you were not properly served by our company. When we called the day of the appointment, it was to confirm the time and discuss what samples that we needed to bring. During that conversation, budget was brought up at which time we told you that our kitchen projects start at 50K and can go up from there depending on the fits and finishes that are involved. You then indicated that you werent prepared to invest that much into your kitchen. As far as shopping outside of Naperville, all of our competitors are all around the same costs as we are as we have to be competitive. I hope this will explain this and again we are sorry that you have received the wrong impression. Reliable Management

I set up a time for an estimator to come out to my home and give me a guote on a new kitchen. The day of the appointment Mark called and basically informed me in a round about way that I would be wasting his time if the remodeling job didn't cost at least $50,000. Nice way to do business. I guess that is what I get for going to Naperville. Next time I will shop in Yorkville.

Reliable is a terrible company to work for. All work is performed by subcontractors. Reliable looks for every reason to backcharge the subcontractor and pay them as little money as possible. My advice? Look for another company. They are thieves. If you want your remodel to take 4 months to finish, call them. Don't be fooled by the fancy showroom and smooth talking salesmen. I am the one installing your kitchen and bathroom for pennies on the dollar.

What Can I Said About This Company, The Name Of Their Company says it all "RELIABLE HOME IMPROVEMENT"! They turned our deck into the most AWESOME, 4 season sunroom! Yes we can use this room year around. The Sun just shine through! A great room to read in! We still had enough room for a deck too! Yes they improved our home! They were very reliable!

Reliable did a kitchen remodel 3 years ago and we recently needed to have some cabinet doors tightened / adjusted.
