TERRIBLE customer service! Purchased tickets in December, received them the day before our show (February 21st).....a bit stressful. We had a bad winter snow/ice storm the day of the show. We contacted the theater and they directed us to contact Ticket Crush to inform them and request a refund/exchange as the roads were deemed hazardous and dangerous to drive. We contacted Ticket Crush and was given absolutely no resolution at all. They did not care in the least that there were snow level driving emergencies or that it would be risking people's lives to drive, they simply said they would not offer a refund because they 'would lose money'. We even requested no refund, just to allow us to come to the show that was playing the following weekend (with seats STILL availablle) and he, who claimed to be the owner, still refused. Very SAD and DISAPPOINTING service. Please keep this in mind if you are considering purchasing from this company.
Sadly I had the misfortune of selecting ticket crush, not only did they over bill me but an additional MISC $35 charge. In the end I paid almost $200 for tickets I could have purchased elsewhere for $110. Upon realizing this I contacted what seemed to be some home grown operation, where the woman who answered the phone was belligerent and extremely rude. Zero customer skills, if they would have removed that charge there was plenty of profit left . Please do your homework.
