My husband ordered. And paid for, a hat from this company the 1st week February 2018. After calling twice, once in April, once in 1st of May (2-3 months later) the 2nd time he was told it was sitting there and they had no idea why it hadnt been sent out... still didnt get it. Today is May 23rd 2018 and it finally arrived in the mail. It literally looks like they ironed a patch of the front of this hat. I will be glad to provide a picture of the hat of anyone is interested. Do NOT recommend this company at ALL.

My husband loves the jacket that you embroidered with his name. You went above and beyond to make sure I got it on time. I will have to say I'm very happy I found this company and it's in my hometown. Will be a returning customer!!

Does anyone know how to get in contact with this company we have ordered jackets from them back in August and we haven't recieved them yet and we cannot get in touch with them
