They were nice enough, but after saying services were free, 1 year later when finalizing the settlements, they charged over $1000 for each credit card settled!! I was so angry and confused! Not worth it!

Less than one star..In the first 9 months my lesser balances were negotiated and paid in full fairly quickly. At 9 months, NDR tried to strong arm me into accepting a "loan" for 41 months when I only had 24 months left. They claimed that the "loan" would restore my credit!!! Since then, I have received 2 more calls asking for more money with the claim that everything has changed since the original negotiations for 33 months. So basically what this company does is claim they will negotiate your debts then ask you to take a loan and when you decline the loan, the invoke their "estimated" clause. I cancelled my contract with 13 months left, asked for a refund of any balances, and will negotiate on my own with the original emails I was sent. So they took my money for 20 months and paid some of the bills and tried to strong arm me for more money 3 times in 20 months....... UPDATE:::::Now, they want me to call back so they can "BE HAPPY TO HELP ME OUT".......CALLING YOU DIDN'T DO ANY GOOD THE FIRST 3 TIMES, SO WHY WOULD I WASTE MY TIME OR ANYONE ELSES ON ANY MORE CALLS?????
