Was told by customer service that someone will go to the property to turn on the service between 7am to 10pm (in 15-hour span). No, they cannot give you a smaller window. In late afternoon got a call from a private number, which you cannot see their number and call back. Said he can not wait for more than 10 mins. What a joke!!! I could rate them zero if possible.
