Suzanne, we apologize that you feel that way. We have reviewed your request for pond service and see that 4 times our staff explained the pond consultation and service call fees. Unfortunately, upon arrival no one was initially there to meet us. Also once we were able to look over pond we found that what you wanted done would not fix your non operational water feature. Nevermind the fact that your location is 30mins drive one way. You refused the recommended repairs. We refused to perform substandard service to save you money and to provide quality service. Diagnostic and travel time is not free. The way you have treated and disrespected our staff is not acceptable. Mr. Hong.
