Poor experience, only worked half days, no communication, always me following up on items. They just subcontract out to the cheapest bidder, do yourself a favor and find someone else for your project, not worth the headache of chasing these people down who don't return phone calls or emails once you have paid them.

We had a custom kitchen done by this company.At first glance, kitchen looked really nice.After a few months we noticed alot of nicks on cabinets.The contractor left a little paint for touch ups.We are empty nesters.Cabinets are low quality.Back splash is see through, however you can see pencil markings on the bottom.Very noticeable. (Done by the tiler) this is in addition to the loud humming from canlighting. Wasnt worth the premium cost. Waited two years for them to check on us and never returned the call to help fix the issues.

I knew I was in the right place when I walked through the doors at HomeWerks in Naperville to create a new master bath. The designer (Rachel) knew the products and understood my desires. Demolition & creation took a short 3 weeks after all parts arrived. HomeWerks installer, Chester, was amazing. I am elated with my Master Bath results.

I asked to change a tub into a stand up shower with stone. When they showed up they wanted me to give a price that I would pay but I said I wanted a quote on what they would change. The design was very simple with one type of marble throughout with no custom detail. The sales person said it would be between $10,000 and $15,000 which I said would be in my budget. I called 3 times to get the estimate of which they said I already got it with confusion on their end. I finally received a price of $26,000 for basically a simple stand up shower and this did NOT include the materials. Be aware of these overcharging contractors!
