Anytime I've made contact with them, they've answered and/or reached back out to me. They've answered all my questions, without hesitation. I would definitely stick with them regarding housing in the future.

While our maintenance team does try to respond as quickly as possible, there are certainly times when other appointments prevent immediate resolution. We are happy that the water heater was able to be addressed later that same day. My hot water tank exploded. Leaked all through the utility closet and has leaked through the patio and inside the house. Called for emergency 3x since 10 am and no one has called me or responded. The repairs are going to be bey what would have been need originally if someone would havdame promptly. Update December 2021 made request to get dishwasher and disposal fixed. No response from maintenance in 3 days. Making a rBBB
