Bought a brand new GLC300 and had to bring it in for a second time due to vibration on the steering wheel in high speed. I requested a loaner and they did not have one. I had to call my advisor Justin and service manager Bryan evryday for statust because they will not have the decency of following up. They said it was a tire rotation issue, then they said it was a tire defect. After much discussion with Bryan he told me they will take car of it and my car will be ready that day. Later that day I received a call from Justin that the tire manufacturer will not cover the cost and offer me a petty 15% discount. I even spoke with the service director and told me there is nothing he can do. My options were to place the defective tires back on the car after waiting 11 days to get the car repaired or to pay for the defective tires. They lost my business and my respect. I will never buy there again and will not recommend anyone to do so.

Worst Customer services ever. My car has been waiting for service for over a month and the tech never answers call, never return or responds to my messages. When I call I am greeted with rudeness and inconsiderate answers. They hang up, transfer me to a line that never pick up just to aggravate me and make me quit asking for answers. Honestly disgresful service. I highly recommend staying away.

Great place to go for your next car, amazing cusomer service, Manny our sales person, was great,( ask for him please) Tremendo servicio, no te presionan, no te aburren y son bastante rapidos, no pierdes todo el dia ahi , lo recomiendo!!!

Customer service is not top tier. When I purchased my brand new 2022 Mercedes in October, I believed that I would received luxury car service. It is a disgrace at how this location services its customers.
