I had a traumatizing experience with the owner of this shop when I was pregnant with my first child. Not bad, not unpleasant, but TRAUMATIZING. We were purchasing a crib through her store, and I still cannot think back on the experience without cringing. Her employees were kind, but she was rude, erratic, and came across as very unstable. At one point she called me yelling and I at first thought she had confused me with someone else. I am a teacher and I believe in ALWAYS treating others with respect, even during a difficult conversation. After the scary phone call, my husband came with me to the store to have a conversation with her when our child was 6 weeks old and our crib still had not arrived. I had to wait outside because her yelling caused my blood pressure to spike and her employee was crying by the end of the exchange (because of her!) Since that time, I have talked to many who have had similar experiences. I can only imagine the owner will have a twisted or untrue response to this review but please hear my words: Do NOT give this store your business.
