It is a real bummer to not have an old dinner feel anymore. No interaction with employees has ruined the ambiance. The food even seemed to not taste as good. I doubt I will be going back.

This is the worst steak and shake ever.. they can never get any of my orders right every time I come here. Ill ask for extra cheese they never give it but charge me for it. I ask for no onions they give me extra onionsI request no cherries on my shake that means I will be getting extra cherries, and also a different shake than what I asked for. Its unbelievable how many times this has happened. I wont be coming back, Im like over it Get it together

My order was made wrong twice, then even second order was cold because no one called my order number. Their uniforms look very dirty and most of the server's we're rude. This location was my go to with my family but not anymore.
