I made an appointment for a haircut for my 11-year-old on Wednesday for Saturday. On Saturday, I called to let them know we were running a few minutes late, a few minutes! On the phone I was told they were very busy and I had to hurry up. We rush over and the place is not as busy as it was made out to be. (We we're 7 min late). And then the lady looks at my daughter's hair and goes it's too long and thick and it can be a regular price. Gets the manager and I tell him I had seen a Groupon @$56 he said that would be fine. ( I had till that point not heard of extra charge for a cut and style. For color or a blowout yes, not for a cut.) We got on with it, the lady washed her hair and did an ok job with the cut, but would not dry my daughter hair completely. I asked her 3 times, and we walked out with half dried hair. Bad service, focused on money not customer, and unwelcoming. I would not recommend it.
