Honestly, I was super excited to start supporting this business. I found them on social media and love their inclusive sizing. I went to their shop and had a wonderful experience with the women working. I found a bra that fit, so I bought one in a different color to take home. When I got home, I tried the bra on. The straps were VERY tight and had no adjustable straps. Since their bras are made by hand, I wasn’t super disappointed or surprised by that. However, I requested an exchange, and they declined stating that exchanges compromise hygiene. Not sure why that’s a concern with a bra I tried on for five seconds and couldn’t wear because it was so tight on my shoulders. Underwear, I understand not exchanging. Bras? No. (Note: I was going to return within 5 days of my purchase as well.)
