Bureaucracy at its finest! These people would never make it in the real world. A bunch of mindless frigging morons. Ask anyone of the building inspectors what they used to do for a living and they will all tell you FAILED CONTRACTORS! They don't even know what the UBC looks like! The building dept supervisor is an Attorney.....HA. Never swung a hammer with deadly intent in his life. I hope that whole office gets sucked into the firey pits of hell ASAP!
