Not answering calls or email. I will update my review once I receive a response to my inquiry. Update: JB Screen Printing & Embroidery is incompetent. Don't claim you're available 24/7 and then abruptly stop emailing someone while they're trying to place an order with your company. Additionally, I've called twice (left a voicemail both times) and no one has gotten back to me. Truly surprised by all of the good reviews. Solution: If anyone is struggling to get a response from this company - look elsewhere. Pro Image Apparel responded to my inquiry within an hour. If you're also in a rush and not in a mood to deal with incompetence and poor communication, consider using Rush Order Tees. Hope this helps!

To our established and prospective clients, it's interesting how all of our bad reviews stem from individuals who have NEVER worked with or transacted any business with us... this is an amazing phenomenon :) Good evening! As noted on our website and across the industry, we work by appointment only and do not accept walk-ins, it is even displayed on our Google Listing as PRIVATE By Appointment Only :) You never scheduled an appointment with us and therefore you have no production with us Also, you stated that you visited our location on a Wednesday, but left a review on a Saturday... which means, either youre having a bad day and needed someone to take it out on, or you are just generally a nasty person. Irregardless of your intentions or attempts to troll us just because you were not able to experience us, we wish you luck in your search, and just a heads up, you have been officially banned from working with us at any point in the future. Hi there Can you expand on your review? Or is it in reference to you, and all of your friends leaving us negative reviews on behalf of your friend Mohuya Khan, who did business with us over 4 months ago? Because we never did any business with you. So at this point you are just trolling us. Also, the order you are all claiming we did not follow through on, can be seen being worn and advertised for sale by your friend across multiple platforms... (we have the screen shots) whom we have in fact tried reaching out to but has instead deferred to sending you to leave us negative reviews and trolling us, which is typical behavior in disgruntled customers. We get it :) When Mohuya comes to her senses and chooses to behave like an adult, rather than operating from her ego and sending her friends to spread negativity... she is more than welcome to email us regarding a refund, however, the ego, in most cases, has a tendency to outweight logic and so we wont hold our breath. In the meaantime, we are going to get back to servicing our satisfied clients, and doing what we do best, you can continue to make a public spectacle of yourself(s) and spread negative vibes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Does not not reply in a timely manner. Charges the customer and does not follow through with the order.
