I was hesitant to leave this review out of respect for 2 Ton but due to their lack of integrity and continuous mistakes not being addressed, I have to share my experience. First few years with them was real solid, but their quality and accountability has gone downhill. Pros: 1- Creativity. Their designs are very colorful, clean, and modern. Cons: 1- Lack of integrity and refusal to take accountability. The owner, Ryan Boylston, is not truthful with what he says and ALWAYS blames mistakes on outside circumstances. When I explain this to other similar businesses, they said that a lot of the mistakes are their internal process which were not addressed. Ryan also made it clear that he only does one of every business. That is not true in the slightest. Not that it is the biggest deal but when someone says something and then lies about it, it doesnt leave a good taste in your mouth. 2- They are not attentive. It takes them a long time to get back to you and a lot of times they make mistakes due to poor communication on their end. 3- Overpriced. Since terminating 2 ton, I am using a new company that is much more cost-effective. I interviewed a few different companies that all seemed pretty good and were more cost effective than 2 ton. 4- Their website building is very generic and disorganized.
Single worst investment I've ever made in my company of 10 years. Don't let their expert salesmanship fool you to. I wasted $7,500 with nothing to show for it.
Ryan and ALL woo team members are amazing! They not only came up with an amazing logo, but took my brand to the next level. These creative geniuses are really the only way to go!!!
