Not the best bouquet of flowers I've received from a florist, actually probably the worst arrangement of flowers I've ever received. Only one side of the bouquet had flowers on it, the other side was just a bunch of greenery. Flowers also appear to have been sitting out of water for a while as they are already dying and I've only had it a few hours. Not pleased considering the price of it. I expected more from West Hartford.

I would give this zero stars if I could. The flowers were delivered to the wrong address (and weren't even left with a person). The home owner called me late in the day, I had to pick them up. Two of the roses were broken, the rest looked to be about a week old - and many of the leaves were brown. After several calls and having to have to follow up, they re-delivered a new arrangement. Although much improved from the first "disaster" they were nothing special at all. WE WILL NEVER USE THIS FLORIST EVER AGAIN!!!!!

My company has used Lane & Lenge for multiple events now, each with an totally different theme & size, as well as for personal deliveries - and they absolutely hit it out of the park each time. Their arrangements are stunning, and the owner Bob is always such a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

Exquisite does not begin to describe the incredible creations of Lane and Lenge! They designed the most amazing arrangements for my wedding, and more recently my daughters bat mitzvah. From centerpieces to alter arrangements to gorgeous flowers for the cocktail hour, placecard table, etc., everything they have done was beyond my greatest expectations. What a difference flowers make for a party - a nice, personalized touch of panache for a special celebration!
