The lack of honesty and professionalism will prevent me from returning here. I called to inquire about an item and got the price over the phone so I drove nearly an hour to get there and was told that it was 50% more than what I was told over the phone and when I voiced that to the person ringing my item up, he gave me a dirty look and started swearing while slamming the buttons on the register to adjust the price. This was all while he was swearing on the phone with somebody else. As my receipt printed, he stared me down with disgust. He seemed like he was in charge of the store, which gives me reason to believe that this store cares very little about customer service.
I tried to go here 10 years ago and they were extremely rude and I said id never go in there again. Decided to try again today because I needed ammo. When i walked up the doors were locked. This place is joke
Hello David, please contact me for a refund on the box of ammo. I spoke with both managers and they would have refunded the mistake if they were aware of it. Stop in there today,bought 2 boxes of 45s,1 of 9mm ,3 boxes of 7.62x39, a young black man rang me up with the most unprofessional attitude I've ever seen,he double charge me for a box of 45s,for what I got should of came to 117$ instead he charge me 157$,and gave me no receipt not going back again.
