Jason, We appreciate your acknowledgement of our helpful staff and our prices. We are sorry that we were unable to help with the spacers, but there was literally nothing we could do other than call Aero for you, since they did not provide them. We would have gladly taken care of the problem if we had the product on hand. The reason we suggested you call Aero directly was to expidite the process since you are out of state and we would have had to mail them to you once we got therm, whereas Aero can mail directly to you. It's unfortunate for small shops like our when manufacturers mess up because it casts a shadow on us. We defitinely do our best to help when we can. In your case, the fastest way to take care of you was direct from Aero. I apologize if you felt like we were passing the buck. That was not our intent.
