I wish they were not sold to Iris as the customer service has disappeared and you'll most probably be asked to email as apparently staff is busy( tried 15 times) busy serving other customers (probably from Mars). Very much disappointed to say the least.
They continued to charge me after official cancellation was sent (and acknowledged) for months and months and refusing to give the money back. You just know when you get a personal, warm and caring customer service advise when they bombard you with clauses from their terms and conditions. Charming!
