I googled this business based on their 5 star reviews (but that was a big mistake) to try to get some t-shirts done today. However, the address led me to a residential neighborhood. I called the business number to see if someone can help me find the location. The phone rang and we both were saying hello and couldnt hear each other. Then, the next thing I heard whoever answered said, I cant hear you, what do you want from me with the rudest tone of voice. I hanged up the phone immediately. I dont accept that kind of treatment from anybody especially for bringing my money and business to a place. I hope this person is not the owner because you have no business to be in business with that attitude. If its your employee answering the phone and treating your potential customers that way, then they need training In customer service or re-training. Its no way to treat people, do better.
