The food was good and flavorful, nice atmosphere too. Only problem is a rat came from under my table while I was eating and saw it a few times before I left

Noodle was not steamy hot. Beef broth tasted almost like broth for pho (Vietnamese). Overpriced. Noodle advertised as hand drawn but did not taste any better than factory Noodle. Server was nice and personable.

My family and I went to Xian Sushi and Noodle at the Domain around 3 pm. OMGoodness, it was so delicious and the Dan Dan was hands down the best. Next time I would request a seat by the cooking window so I can watch the "noodle" man make pasta as he was entertaining.
