Protective screen too small for my phone (waited 15 days for that), 10 pounds (for 1 protective screen) in the bin. The man know is too small but tell me is the good size.The one i had before was from wish and good size. Waited also15 days to get my screen fixed. Good job for the new screen. Asked me to pay on cash. They give a free protective screen for a comment on google.

Hey Matthew we installed a brand new fully working OLED screen and you went and broke it again in 2 days we took your phone apart and showed you it was not a fitting issue there was a big white line going across the screen that accidentally damaged even the apple store won't cover that under warranty We still offered you another screen for 60 (paying the rest of the money from our pocket to cover the cost of the new part) and charge no labour It's sad you refused that offer and leave a review instead because anywhere you go it will cost you a lot more than 60 to fix your XS MAX screen We have great reviews because we do our job honestly and always look after our customers but can't afford to pay for someone's mistake Our 60 offer is still valid for another 7 days if you change your mind feel free to pop in and we will fix it for you and give you a good case to protect it Kind regards Edinburgh Phone Repair

I'm extremely annoyed with the service shown to me. I bought a new screen for 120 for it only to last 1 day. I had my warranty slip so returned to the shop to ask for it to be rectified only to be told my my screen isn't covered as my phone is damaged which was exactly the same when the screen was firstly installed. Instead he is willing to charge me cost again for a new screen. So they fitted a screen knowing my phone is apparently damaged the screen broke they wont honour there warranty but are prepared to charge me cost again for a new screen. Very fly and shady outfit.
