I applyed for a loan with brand, josh was the loan agent, after sending all paper work that he needed he had told me everything was good, considering my credit was great and have cash for considerable down payment , I was told some of paperwork in faxing got cut off , told him I was coming to see the home so we could make a offer , according to him I pretty much had no problems well driving from Miami fla to Alabama then to Albany ga where his office was to bring paper work he was missing and so stoked about the home , talked to him sent messages , told him we were on our way that he had appointment but we would meet afterwards drove from Dothan Alabama to Albany ga was on time for our meeting only to walk in and in 3 minutes him to tell me he cant do the loan as a second mortgage, wow I was blown away wth couldnt he have told me that before I went way out of my way to drive there , he knew it was a second mortgage,and I wasnt moving here for few years far as Im concerned it was very unprofessional and Josh lead me on to believe something different if this is the way brand mortgage conducts business well I think its very unprofessional they probably need to think of better business ethics Anyhow it left me stuck and I had to start over with a different mortgage company in one day but I got it done with a real mortgage company never will I gain darken the door of Brand mortgage
