I booked with Ashley (the owner) August 6th. She texted me 2 hours before my appointment saying she needed to reschedule. We rescheduled for August 26th. I came to the shop 10 minutes early and didn’t get my hair done until an hour and a half after my appointment. This is because she did not have the hair to do my braids and she stopped to get food while I was waiting for her. She came back and did a horrible job on my braids. I tried to contact her about me disliking my hair and she blocked my number before I could even text her because she knew she did a horrible job. I wouldn’t have had to post about it if she did not block me.
