I did not mean to report the review I just reported. And my number of stars means nothing. I am just trying to figure out how to get in touch with the writer of it - Denise Blakney. I want to find out more about this facility. Hers is the only really negative review I've seen so I'm curious to know what happened. Trying to make a decision for my mother.

This place is questionable. I am extremely concerned regarding the type of care my mother has received. She has been in this facility for less than a month and her safety has been in jeopardy, there is no secured environment with controlled access as advertised. There is no specialized recreation and social programs as advised. There is no round-the-clock care and support as advertised. There is absolutely no ongoing communication with family on progress and unique care program which is why I am now reaching out to meet with the CEO for solutions to the issues raised and concerns that I have personally observed. I will keep the public posted.

The caregiving Staff is so good with our family member. They are gentle and respectful in their behavior and conversations.

Avalon Irving took care of mom till she was called home to be with our Lord God. Mom wasnt at the facility very long but the care mom received especially in her last days was very loving and sweet. Covid kept us from visiting till her last hours but the staff did their best to make that as personal and private as possible. We were thankful for their kindness and concern.
