whatever you do, do NOT order online from Gumps if you think there is a chance you will have to return anything. I mailed some clothing back on September 13 - it was received (via tracking) on September 15, and I called on September 25, having heard nothing from them. They said "it takes two weeks" to process returns because "they come in to the dock". I then sent an email to customer service, registering my concern about delay and lack of any acknowledgment, and I got no answer. This is october 2, and I never have received any acknowledgment of my email, AND NO CREDIT HAS YET BEEN ISSUED. When I called, I had to manually give the agent the information on every item returned, and I was told that I'd receive a credit BUT IT WOULD TAKE ANOTHER 3-5 days. Poorest technology, outdated systems for a company that wants online business. If I had never watched this, I guess I would have never gotten my credit. I wonder what I'll have to do to make sure my credit card gets credited....
