This was our first time ordering with Bud's Embroidery. Initially upon our first visit, we were very impressed with the company and received great service as we set up the preliminaries for our order. Unfortunately, as time passed, we found ourselves having to call frequently to follow up on the status of our order, even though every time we were informed that we would receive a call once it was finished. However, we never received that phone call so when we called yet AGAIN to follow-up, we were told that the shirts had been ready for days. Our assistant was finally able to pick up the shirts for our event and upon wearing them I noticed they had left an entire word off of every shirt that was printed. We paid $700 for 20 shirts and NONE of them were correct. We called and were informed that the situation would be resolved in a week's time. After not hearing back, we continued to call for information on the status of our corrected order, but there seemed to be issue after issue, including the shirts we needed being back-ordered. We had a deadline for when we needed them, and we were left disappointed yet again when they still weren't ready, even though they continued to tell us they would be done on X date. When our assistant called today to follow up AGAIN, I was surprised to hear about the utter lack of respect that was shown to us, to our company as a client, and as a potentially returning customer. I personally called and he asked me to pay 50% for the mis-printed shirts (I of course declined). We have wasted a huge amount of time on this, still do not have the correct shirts, and he refused to comp ANY portion of our order. As a fellow local business, we pride ourselves in supporting other local businesses and had every intention of using Bud's Embroidery for all of our printing needs into the indefinite future. However, this entire situation has left a horrible taste in our mouths, and we are extremely disappointed.
Absolutely terrible. I called before I came and he said he would do something for $20. I gave him details of what I wanted. Then when I get there he said $40 and honestly it’s not even the price it’s the fact that he’s not loyal with the price he told me on the phone. And honestly to me that’s terrible customer service. Then my boyfriend did it anyways and this guy didn’t even put it in the spots I wanted it on. Anyways thanks for messing up my sons first Easter bunny and charging like you actually did a good job.
If customer service is important to you DO NOT SHOP HERE! Not only did the owner give me a hard time, but he also was being a peeping tom! Also he told me he’d give me a lower price, but then upped the price drastically after a small design I had added to my shirt! They are very unprofessional and I will not be returning whatsoever!
