Bought 15 bales of pine straw on 4/24 and while the pine needles were long leaf, the amount of sticks and leaves in each bale was overwhelming. I've bought 150 bales this season at two other places and this was by far the worst in the sticks and leaves contamination. In McKinley's defense, they are only as good as what the supplier sent them, but this batch is particularly poor!!! Follow-up: Brock was very gracious in offering to replace the pine straw of the first batch at the next truck load. However, I only took 6 bales of the new stuff, as a visual inspection of the outside of the bales indicated the amount of leaves, sticks and vines was just as bad as the first truck, and the spreading of it confirmed it had a lot of this throughout the bales. I gave them an extra star for their attempt to "make things right" but the pine straw quality is still not good.

Our office had severe flooding which is why we had lost your ticket, the cleaning and drying crews moved many things to set up fans. I called and ordered one yard of sand to be delivered on Monday. He promised the sand would be delivered Tuesday by 4pm. I called at 5pm Tuesday. He said the sand would be there by 6pm. Never delivered. I called Wednesday morning to see why it wasnt delivered. He said the ticket got lost and would be delivered in a few hours? Ok? So 5 hours later I called because it never delivered. He said the truck was loaded and was next to be delivered. Again... It never showed. Here we are on Wednesday afternoon. I plan to call Thursday morning to see what happened. Honestly its gotten comical. Im actually interested in hearing what tomorrows excuse will be. I will be updating my review tomorrow after I call them.

I'm thinking this place must not be open anymore, I've tried to call a lot and no one ever answers. Either I get hung up on immediately or it rings all the way through and the voicemail box is full so I can't leave a message.
