I have had an ongoing situation with my husband's medication for over 3 months now. We had to get a new script sent off to a different pharmacy urgently because no one answered the phone called everyday for a week 3 times a day. The med was supose to be auto refill. And was ordered online on time. You would press 1 to save your place in line no one ever called .Then the medication was sent after we didnt need it 2 weeks late and we sent it back unopened . Now playing the phone game again, help now waiting for a supervisor to call back to see where our refund is 125.00$ I am an RN and he had to have this heart medication. Your phone system needs to be repaired you should not be allowed to treat people in need of medication like this. It is negligent.

I really need to speak to someone but I keep getting cut off every time they get ready to answer. What do I do now?
I order a medication that would $1,500 a month.Because my insurance will not cover more than 1 pill a day.They fill the gap.I pay $80 for a 3 month supply($4,500 worth i pay $80 includes shipping)always very courteous,and knowledgeable.Thank goodness I found them!

BEWARE...they dont tell you about the 89.00 start-up fee without your permission. they cal it a service fee to contact your doctor for approval. They begged me to give my credit card number and charged it before any approval from my doctor and myself. i'm still waiting on the accounting dept. to call me to reverse the charges after arguing with an associate about the misconduct of my credit card. All I want is my credit card charges reversed. It is in DISPUTE with my credit card company. Still 30 hours later and no call from finance company. So funny you fill out the name, email. telephone number online and you get a call in 30 mins. grrrrrrr
