I had a horrible experience beginning with my consultant leaving me in the general area for an extended period of time which resulted in a quarrel between consultants when another tried to help me. I felt pressured into a purchase and when I decided not to buy that day I had to pay $20 for being measured. In addition to all of this, I was told that the dress I wished to try on was in the store, but upon arriving I was told it had been sold. Interesting that I was not informed of this 20 minutes before when I spoke with a consultant over the phone. Generally disappointed in the level of professionalism and experience as a whole.
