Chuck and Lucas were incredible to work with. Very professional, clean, told us our options and pricing up front, fair priced, and had great attention to detail. They did our kitchen remodel - removed our soffits, installed our cabinets, drywall, and did our subway tile as well. The kitchen turned out perfect, and we get so many compliments on the craftsmanship. When someone asks who did our kitchen - I am happy to give a raving review for Chuck and Lucas. Would absolutely recommend them and use them again.

I have been so happy with the professionalism and work from Clear Creek! And would highly recommend. They were on time, worked hard and helped me keep within my budget. They rehabbed a goat house with materials we had on hand, they assembled a shed and put in fence posts. The work was outstanding and more than met our expectations! Thanks for the great work!

Clear Creek Property Ventures LLC completed a kitchen backsplash install for our home. They were professional and friendly to work with. They were respectful of our property, covering the work and floor areas in addition to cleaning up after each work day. They completed the job in the time-frame and price given. They took pride in their craftsmanship and it showed with their work. We are pleased with the finished backsplash and proud to show it to our family and friends. We will enjoy it for years to come. We highly recommend their business.

We are writing this heartfelt overwhelmingly positive review of our experiences with Chuck and Lucas of Clear Creek Property Ventures. After a very long wait, we finally decided to refinance our home and put some equity into home improvements. We seriously went through about 20 home improvement contractors and handymen advertising their services over a period of about a year. We experienced everything: no show-no calls, late and incorrect day arrivals, intoxicated contractors, contractors that took hours of our time and never submitting estimates, contractors who clearly were predatory crooks with estimates10x usual and customary costs, contractors requiring unnecessary work to secure their services (like a contractor that demanded blueprints generated from his sister for $3,000), contractors that lied about their qualifications, a contractor that seriously told me over the phone that he would not come to the house to discuss without a signed contract as he stated; time is money and contractors under criminal investigation who wanted cash up front - yea right. Needless to say, were beside ourselves! We had no idea it was going to be that hard to find someone who was honest, reputable and ethical to do some relatively simple home improvements. The conversation at that point switched to a serious discussion about moving to find a home with the features we wanted already in place. Chuck and Lucas, happened to have been scheduled a few weeks prior, we were not even expecting them to show up but Saturday afternoon they showed up on time and spent about an hour with us discussing the projects and taking measurements. We waited for the other shoe to drop with all the outrageous experiences we already encountered but it never did!! Chuck and Lucas worked at our home for a little over three weeks. We started with them building two gazebos which went so well our to-do list quickly grew. They were beyond kind, respectful, knowledgeable, punctual, responsible, funny and professional. They went above any beyond with each project over and over again and made sure it was all done correctly. It wasnt just the big projects. Weve had a few things break over the years that just havent gotten fixed. Chuck and Lucas made it thru that list as well without complaining or nickel and diming us along the way. I struggle with an injured shoulder and they even helped me with some of my projects around the house that were difficult for me to accomplish. We cannot praise and endorse them enough!! Not only was the experience outstanding, but we can enjoy all these improvements to our home with good memories of the process which is rewarding in and of itself. Our house all came together for us to enjoy for the rest of the summer and with all the improvements we happily celebrated our wedding in our new and improved abode. Thank you Chuck and Lucas!
