Hi Stella, I am sorry I don't have any customers with this name and I can confirm that I personally worked in my Freshwater store everyday in the lead up to this review and that I say hello to everyone. I probably say it too much sometimes, I would like to mention that we were in a hard lock down with mask mandates at the time so it is hard to tell when people are smiling and talking. Hi Helen, such bad timing as we were just updating our POS to our beautiful new branding and were putting up our new price stickers this week. The margarita mix I sold at the time is the same mix as all the other stores so not unique to me and I sadly wish I could control their prices. Since then, I have taken your feedback (and many others) on board and created the Ms Sans Margarita which retails for a lot less plus it includes the non-alcoholic tequila already added in so great value! It is also low in sugar and calories. Hope to see you again soon!!

Great shop for pregnant women! However, the girl in there has no idea what she is doing, and charged us for crisps she does not even sale! No price write anywhere, so be ready for a surprise as you pay. Margarita mix (filtered water) is as expensive as the alcoholic version. But anyway, good everyone and again.

Huge variety (beer, wine, sparkling, cider, spirits, everything!) of alcohol free drinks that taste like their alcoholic counterpart, so people who are wanting to cut back or cut out alcohol completely don't have to feel like they're missing out! There hasn't been one I've tried that I've disliked. Prices are great and customer service is always amazing too, so friendly and prompt!!

(Update) Hi Luci C, I can see that this issue was all resolved and that you received your refund for the replacement items and your free box also arrived. And since this review we have a policy to never add replacement bottles into orders (even at no charge), thank you so much for your feedback and helping us improve our systems.

EDIT: Thats a very untrue reply, Irene. For 3 previous orders I got products replaced without notice and did not get a partial refund nor the items sent to me later. How exactly did I get these for free? Original comment: Probably has the widest range of products but customer service/delivery is terrible. Ordered 4 times, 3 times got unwanted replacements for products that were out of stock. Gave the replaced drinks a go anyway but most were bad (hence why I didnt add it to cart in the first place!). The most recent 4th order was with the Black Friday deal (free box). Got my order same day BUT without the free box! Currently being ping ponged between them and StarTrack who is saying they only got one parcel not two from Sans Drinks. Scam much? Wont order again, too stressful!
