I apologize that you didn't have the best experience. Per the agreement you had with our client, collection costs were supposed to be paid by you. Yesterday I got in touch with the owner of the company for you, and had everything taken care of while we were on the phone. Keep in mind, this was on a day our office was closed due to a hurricane. It is true, if you paid before it got to our office you wouldn't be in the situation .... Glad you paid your debt to our client and you could get your portal open.

I have never been treated so rudely in customer service. Michael Baxtor claims he is the owner of Nexum Group. Very rude and unprofessional, I paid off my debt 5 business days ago and my first time speaking to him, he attempted to make me feel like I was a nuisance for calling the office to see why my courses weren't unlocked after 5 business days had gone by. To add salt to injury he advised me had my account never gone to collections I wouldn't be in my situation. As a debt collection agency, you do play a part in the reversal process, if i paid off all my debt due to your several calls you should see to it that my payment was acknowledged and that my penalty would be reversed immediately. DO BETTER NEXUM GROUP!
We do not yell and scream at Nexum Group. We are all adults and speak to people as if they are adults as well. If you had a bad experience where someone wasn't trying to help you dispute, that is a problem. You can dispute these directly through the credit bureaus and/or send an email to [email protected]. I have no problem addressing a dispute and supplying documents to anyone who requests it. Or if it is a valid dispute, getting with the client to address it.

I have an inaccuracy in my credit report from Nexum Group. I called to better understand the process and dispute the inaccurate credit report. What I found when I called was a very angry man on the other end who screamed at me and hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager the manager completely dismissed her employees behavior not even offering an apology. Its as though yelling and screaming at people is common practice there. I understand their job is to collect funds when owed, but I do not owe and their customer service was beyond awful, berating and counter productive.
What an awesome company this is.... They are always on whatever task you give them immediately and getting results extremely quick.... Excellent communication, above and beyond service guaranteed... I honestly could praise the Nexum Group team all day.... They are definitely a company for You and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone... Give the Team at Nexum a call!!!!
