This means revised policies concerning capacity and time of use when staff is unable to monitor these spaces. The rooms and amenities are great (when open) The other residents are awesome as well. Management however, are a bunch of clowns. There are homeless people that get into the building all of the time. So instead of security we hire someone to make sure no one can bring a guest into the pool area. Management will also send you letters through the mail to communicate because they are too lazy to get up and walk down a block and put the letter in your mailbox. The elevator is always broken. Half of the amenities are shut down or close at weird times so that management doesnt have to take of them. They do not listen to resident feedback whatsoever. Moral of the story, management would rather be on a power trip and police their own residents than actually work. They sit in their office all day and do nothing.

I drove from 2 hours away to view this property, and left my up to date drivers license at home. I found out later after getting information from Elizabeth on the property. I asked my sister if she can send me a picture of my current one, and she did. However mean while I still had 2 photo IDs at hand during my visit, one of which had just expired yesterday. She said that there was nothing that she could do for me and that it was policy that she had to have the most current one in person. I work in sales and dont appreciate the lack of effort in helping a customer. She said no without even attempting to see what else she could do to assist me, all I wanted to do was view the property. Its not like I couldnt provide the provide the proper documentation. Due to my visit I will be taking my money else where. Thanks Elizabeth for losing a customers business.

Krikaoli recommends it! Congratulations Mandel, someday I hope to meet you for what you achieved here! It may be easy for me to give this five stars. However, this is a result of a great chain of hard work and friendly people. You can notice the quality of each wall and smell! This condo has got my maximum score with honors. Before moving here, a lot of research was done, and The North End was the finalist. It was the right call. This is an imposing condo apartment with great common spaces. If you measure amenities, this is probably one of the best values of Milwaukee: excellent coffee machines for the residents, swimming pool, game room, terrace, plaza, library, study room, dog walk, dog spa, bowling, and a lot of other things. It is very pet-friendly. I usually wash my pets by myself, so good is the structure. The location is excellent, and I enjoy being here. The only downside is the carpet at all the apartments. The North End Team is extremely professional and efficient, with an incredible team, there are a not of names: Ms, Beck, the manager, Patty, from maintenance, and Anthony from leasing office, even the postman, Scott. Ms. Beck, John (are always extremely gentle). All requests are so fast responded, and any problem is fixed so rapidly that it seems magic but is more than that, it is efficiency. I appreciate your work. After four months here I start to feel the cozy I was missing somehow. I think I am now embraced here. Please, staff, keep organizing some events to improve more this social gap. It is a great place; you can't go wrong.

Advantages are that the leasing and general management staff were wonderful if frequently mistreated by corporate. The apartments are modern, compact and efficient. Most units have balconies which are just wonderful in the summer. Nice views of the river, the courtyard or Water Street are offered. Common rooms are very nice and a good spot to socialize with friends.

I lived at North End for one year (1511 n Water St, Vignette Building), and it was a waste of money. The leasing office staff are nice but the manager (her name is Elizabeth or Rebecca not sure if I remember correctly) was very rude and not helpful at all. The amenities that you see during your tour are just SHOW CASE. The game room stuff is always broken and missing something and not useable. There was a club room in the building which when I signed the lease they said you can rent it to use it privately, or just use it if you don't mind having other residents there. I had a small party with 4 of my friends, but the on-site staff or guard( I forgot to say there is an on-site staff watching the pool, checking the resident names at a list, the rudest person ever, on your tour look for a tall dude with red hair) said no you can not use this club room (without giving any reason ) and called the office and Elizabeth the manager with one other guy came in and kicked us out of the club room. So embarrassing specially having my guests over. Unfortunately a friend of mine was pregnant and she couldn't withstand the hot weather of August and we somehow cancelled the party. It's totally unacceptable especially when you pay around TWO THOUSAND dollars for a one bedroom. Units that are facing water Street are so noisy cuz of the always busy water st and you hear the cars noises constantly. Pool is so crowded full of college kids and water was dirty most of the time. DO NOT RENT here, do some research and find where you are respected. You think why most of their apartmens are not being rented? They literally haveing hard time finding tenants!
