Shocking to be honest. First screen made up was missing an outline and he blamed the file (there was no file in existence without the line as it was a drawing) and printed it on 5 of our own hoodies after we specifically asked him not to print on them until the test print was approved (I have this in writing). We specifically said it was not what we asked for the image was inverted and much smaller than agreed. After all this he printed the wrong image on our whole stock of XXL hoodies. This was the worst customer experience I've ever had

I would love to leave a positive feedback, but the customer service there is horrendous... One of the t-shirts was completely ruined and I was asked to pay for it in full price. I was even told off that it was my own fault. The rest of the t-shirts were foggy, there were stains on the prints and even some of them were askew. Overall bad experience. Definitely not recommending. Waste of time and money. I am never coming back.
